Rental Terms and Conditions Car Hire Portugal.

DRIVERS AGE at least 23 years old. must present a valid driving licence held for at least 12 months.
FULL INSURANCE Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) included as standard with low excess, No necessary extras to buy.

Insurance EXCESS The insurance policy has an excess clause.
You may waiver the excess clause on optional payment of an additional premium or secure it by deposit of card details.

Group A,B,C, 750 euro, Excess waiver extension costs 6 euro/4£ per day
Group,D,e,H, 1000 euro, Excess waiver extension costs 7,50 euro/5£ per day
Group f,g i,J 1250 euro, you can pay 10 euro extra a day

Waiver does not include tyres, glass or locks or damage caused by speeding. Under Portuguese law insurance is void when drink driving
Rates include unlimited mileage within Portugal and Spain, extra charge of Euro 50 is required for travel to Spain.
There are no hidden costs for necessary "extras".

CLEAN CARS: All our cars are cleaned prior to each rental and are regularly maintained.

FREE DELIVERY + NO AIRPORTAX at Faro airport We are waiting for you (after having received ofcourse your flightdetails by email) on the opposite of the coffeeshop in the arrival hall, with a large sign with your name written on it. All our cars are at the airport we dont take you by bus to a garage ! Our Cars can be delivered as well to your hotel or apartment at no extra charge. We arrange private minibustransfers as well in case you prefer to have the car at your accomodation.

FREE NIGHT TIME SERVICE If you arrive at the airports of Faro, delivered between 23:00 hrs and 08:00 hrs you'll be NOT CHARGED !!!

CHILD SEATS You can book child seats as well as booster seats in advance. The rate for either is 15 Euro per week
EXTRA DRIVERS You can add additional drivers at the time of rental. The rate per additional driver is 15 Euro per rental (about 9 £).

Security Deposit:you can pay by creditcard and leave us your card details as security.
You actually don't pay any deposit.
Rentals which extend across two months are charged at the appropriate price for the days in each month. They are not charged at the rate for the cheapest or most expensive month for the whole of the hire.

ACCIDENTS & CLAIMS If you have an accident, theft or any other situation which will result in an insurance claim it is your responsibility to get an police report number. You need to call the police who will issue you a report number which must be delivered to our office. Without this the insurance will not pay. This is a simple procedure but if you have any problems you are welcome to call the company who will happily assist. If there is loss to the car and you do not obtain a police report you will remain liable for the damage. The car documents include full contact numbers for the company. We charge a refundable deposit of 50 EUROS on each hire against the return of the car with petrol, on time etc.. You may pay the deposit in EUROS or other currency or card.

RETURNING YOUR CAR At Faro airport you should return your car to the car park P4 . Upon arrival you will get full information from us ,what to do when you return the car this is also written on the backside of the carhire contract. Hotel deliveries possible please email us. CAR TYPES We invariably have the car that you request but due to damage and late returns we may occasionally have to offer you an alternative, similar or better car than the one you have requested. These circumstances are outside of our control and we would ask for your patience. The cars shown are the ones available at our internet prices. We may be able to arrange other cars from another company with the same prices!

BABY SEATS We have conventional forward facing baby seats intended for children to approximately 3 years old and booster seats for children to approximately 5 years.
If you have a particular requirement for your child we recommend that for peace of mind you bring your own child seat.
